About The Role

You will manage a fleet of vehicles and a team of drivers to deliver fully assembled kitchen cabinets to customers' homes. The role is typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet operational demands. We provide state-of-the-art equipment, company uniforms, generous paid holidays, healthcare plans, and a pension. All vehicles are equipped with toll tags, Satnavs, and latest safety systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage DOT compliance & legal requirements
  • Promote a Health & Safety culture and ensure policy adherence
  • Ensure delivery schedules are met
  • Handle administrative duties such as payroll and customer queries
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading and dispatch
  • Contribute to strategic departmental goals and promote the Wren brand
  • Oversee daily transport operations including vehicle maintenance and marketing
  • Resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment
  • Meet operational KPIs and conduct risk assessments where necessary
About You
Qualifications
  • OSHA 30, FMCSA certifications, CDL preferred
  • 5+ years experience in delivery, dispatch, or management
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
