Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Utah is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily driver scheduling, route optimization, and on-time deliveries. You will drive performance through KPI monitoring, ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, and foster a culture where team members feel valued and motivated.

The role emphasizes coordination of routes, customer relations, and ongoing process improvements to achieve service and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience OR High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules, routes and on-time deliveries.

• Monitor driver performance, KPIs and address performance gaps to meet department targets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and safety standards via safety audits and protocol adherence.

• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication to improve delivery efficiency.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time

• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated

• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved by monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes

• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships internally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
