First Student is seeking a Transportation Field Supervisor in N. Charleston, SC. The role oversees driver performance, safety inspections, and on-site compliance, with required English proficiency and strong communication skills. Transportation Field Supervisor

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitors driver pre and post trip inspections and equipment issues and takes corrective action.
• Performs driver road checks and observes drivers for work readiness.
• Performs IPP Safety contacts with drivers; corrects safety violations on the scene.
• Dispatches and drives routes as needed.
• Assists management with driver interviews.
• Monitors on time performance.

Experience and Skills Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
