  • Provide transportation estimates and service recommendations to exhibitors, show and event teams, Sales, Project Management, and other Freeman stakeholders.

  • Support show move-in and move-out transportation activities, including on-site support as required.
  • During show move-out, evaluate freight and documentation to determine appropriate transportation arrangements when shipment instructions are incomplete, unavailable, or require modification.
  • Assess freight readiness and packaging to determine whether additional packaging, protection, palletization, wrapping, crating, or other services may be required for safe transportation.
  • Resolve transportation issues involving delayed or missed pickups, carrier availability, damaged or lost freight, shortages, incomplete documentation, changing customer requirements, and other service exceptions.
  • Take ownership of transportation issues through resolution and when they fall outside established authority, policy, or available transportation solutions.
  • Maintain accurate transportation documentation and system records, including routing information, shipment details, carrier information, and other required documentation.
  • Review transportation information for completeness and accuracy to support timely and accurate customer billing and carrier payment.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of freight claims, shortages, damages, billing discrepancies, and other transportation-related issues.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with Freeman’s carrier partners and coordinate effectively with Freeman Sales, Operations, Project Management, branches, and other internal teams.
