Job summary

You will mentor junior staff while ensuring accuracy across design phases and coordinate with roadway, geotechnical, and hydraulic disciplines. The ideal candidate has 2–10 years of experience, a PE license is preferred, and a Master’s degree in structural civil engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations, construction plans, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with roadway, geotechnical, and hydraulic disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, perform field inspections, and resolve design issues during construction.
• Work on projects across North and South Carolina with a proactive team mindset.
• Apply AASHTO codes and structural analysis software with growing project responsibility.
