Job summary

Stanley Consultants in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Structural Department Manager to lead and grow the transportation structural market. The role focuses on staffing, project leadership, and client liaison across transportation structures while upholding QA/QC standards.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with leadership on strategic growth; Florida PE and 15+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Florida PE license; 15+ years' relevant experience; 5+ years PM level.
• Extensive experience with FDOT standards and AASHTO LRFD; knowledge of design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor transportation structural staff on projects.
• Develop staffing plans and hiring recommendations.
• Prepare reports, estimates, and designs; QA/QC.
• Coordinate with leadership on growth strategies and client management.
