Guidehouse is seeking a Transportation Consultant to support USDOT initiatives in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. The role focuses on structuring client engagements, drafting SOPs, and delivering actionable recommendations with a collaborative team.

US citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust are required. The position offers access to a broad client base, with travel up to 10% and the option to work from Guidehouse or client offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 1–3 years of management consulting experience, preferably in the public sector.
• PMP or other project/program management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in information gathering sessions with clients on organizational structure, processes, technology, and culture.
• Develop work products that synthesize information into client recommendations.
• Draft and quality-control SOPs, templates, and technical documents for clients.
