Job summary

Midland Care Connection, a not-for-profit serving older adults across northeast Kansas, seeks a Transportation Specialist for the PACE program. You will drive buses, vans, or cars to move participants safely between homes, appointments, and the Day Center, while supporting mobility and comfort.

Qualifications

• Valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license and insurance.
• DOT physical and drug screening clearance.
• Ability to assist participants with transfers and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to medical appointments, day center, and home visits.
• Assist participants in and out of vehicles and buildings; ensure safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic vehicle safety checks; report issues to care team.
