Job summary

Midland Care Connection, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to move PACE participants between their homes, medical appointments, and the Day Center.

You will assist with transfers, wheelchairs, and building access while maintaining a respectful, supportive environment. Requirements include a valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license, current auto liability insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid Kansas or Missouri driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to appointments, day center, and home.
• Assist participants in and out of vehicles and buildings.
• Observe safety regulations and report issues to the care team.
