Job summary

Easterseals Redwood is seeking a Transportation Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves transporting individuals with disabilities to and from programs and worksites, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers entering/exiting the van, performing daily vehicle checks, and adjusting routes to ensure coverage. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a good driving record.
• Drivers must be 21 years or older per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals with disabilities to and from programs and work sites.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the van.
• Perform daily exterior maintenance checks on the van and report needed maintenance.
• Be prepared to learn additional van routes to cover absences and vacations.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for individuals served.
• Observe and report information that might affect service to individuals served.

Position Summary

In this position you will be responsible for transporting individuals with disabilities to and from programs and work sites.

Job Responsibilities:
