Liberty Tire Recycling in Austin, TX is seeking a Site Manager to plan, organize, lead and execute operations at our tire collection facility. This hands-on role works closely with the site team to drive safety, efficiency and customer service.
You will oversee routes, fleet deployment, tire handling and maintenance, manage personnel, and push continuous improvements while meeting financial targets. Minimum 3 years in leadership; a bachelor's in logistics or related field is preferred.

A Site Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and executing all activities related to operating a successful tire collection facility. This is a hands-on position working side by side with the site team.
