7 Cedars is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Sequim, WA to transport guests and staff in a safe, courteous manner. This part-time role requires a clean driving record and strong guest interaction skills.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain vehicle upkeep, and handle daily paperwork while upholding safety policies and procedures. Join a team that values service excellence and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet federal/state standards.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work under time pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive all of 7 Cedars Resort’s fleet vehicles transporting guests and team members to various locations obeying all laws and driving in a safe manner.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections; keep interior and exterior of vehicles clean; keep fueled at all times; and promptly reports maintenance issues.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents and/or citations to supervisor.
• Answer telephones as well as radio communications in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Follow all general and department policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years driving experience preferred
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members
• A clean driving record and the ability to meet federal and state driving standards
• Experience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance preferred
• Able to exercise judgement and operate under time pressure when necessary
• Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
• Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
