Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in transportation administration.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs for transportation services.
• Supervise staff and manage hiring, discipline, and evaluations.
• Oversee Paratransit operations and customer service.
• Prepare monthly operating reports and budget analyses.
• Administer the Drug Abuse Prevention Program and driver training.
