The Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking a Transportation Senior Projects Manager to lead coordination efforts and oversee regional projects. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Leading coordination efforts with public and private agencies on regional transportation projects
• Attending policy, technical committee, and board meetings
• Managing technology and innovative projects
• Reviewing construction cost estimates and schedules
• Reviewing contracts and participating in procurement processes
• Preparing and delivering oral presentations
• Drafting technical documents and correspondence

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, design, and project development
