- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality. Oversee safety compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and other relevant regulations, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. Proactively solve problems to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Project Close-Out: Ensure all project deliverables are completed, documentation is in order, and the project is closed out to the client's satisfaction. Handle final billing and post-project evaluations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal departments, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Lead regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
- Office & Field Presence: Split time between the field and the office, providing hands-on leadership at job sites when necessary and supporting planning and collaboration efforts in the office.
