Qualifications

• Three years of safety management experience.
• One year of supervisor experience.
• College degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the workplace follows industry, state, and company safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine safety audits.
• Carry out safety training programs for employees on a regular basis.
• Develop data collection processes for accident causes.
• Implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and hazards.
• Direct and supervise safety guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate accidents to determine causes.
• Inspect operations to ensure safety policies are followed.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe conditions.
• Report safety adjustments to top management.
