Job summary

Hogan Transportation is seeking a Safety Supervisor to help keep our employees safe across North America. The role focuses on developing safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation to protect drivers and assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of safety experience in trucking, familiarity with FMCSA and OSHA standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing safety and compliance initiatives.
• 2+ years of safety experience in transportation/trucking preferred.
• Familiarity with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and OSHA standards.
• Injury prevention and accident investigation experience.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service, defensive driving, and vehicle safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and compliance initiatives for the fleet.
• Lead safety training and regulatory audits across operations.
• Investigate accidents and injuries and recommend corrective actions.
• Report safety sensitive issues and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers and management to promote a culture of safety.
