Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience.
• 3+ years in transportation, trucking or commercial auto risk.
• Experience underwriting renewal business and broker management.
• Knowledge of non-admitted auto, fleet, hazmat, and related exposures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a transportation renewal portfolio.
• Review renewals, endorsements, loss history, and pricing.
• Analyze trucking and fleet exposures within commercial auto risks.
• Maintain broker relationships and negotiate renewal terms.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance and maintain underwriting documentation.
