Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, freight operations, and shipment configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transportation quotes for domestic and international shipments, including LTL, Truckload, Expedited, Air, Ocean, and Specialized Freight Services.
• Analyze shipment requirements, routing options, carrier rates, and service levels to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure quote accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
• Monitor transportation market trends, capacity, and potential risks affecting pricing and service.
• Respond to quote requests promptly and provide follow-up support to secure opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, carrier communications, and pricing documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quoting processes and efficiency.
• Assist with additional transportation and logistics-related activities as needed.

About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Quote Specialist to develop accurate, competitive transportation pricing solutions that support business growth and customer success.

In this role, you'll collaborate with sales, operations, customer service teams, and carrier partners to analyze transportation costs, prepare freight quotes, and deliver efficient logistics solutions. Your work will play a key role in helping customers move products effectively while supporting operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Prepare transportation quotes for domestic and international shipments, including:
  • LTL (Less Than Truckload)
  • Truckload
  • Expedited Freight
  • Air Freight
  • Ocean Freight
  • Specialized Freight Services
• Analyze shipment requirements, routing options, carrier rates, and service levels to develop cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure quote accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
• Monitor transportation market trends, capacity conditions, and potential risks affecting pricing and service.
• Respond to quote requests in a timely manner and provide follow-up support to help secure business opportunities.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
