Qualifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) license in California (CA).
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Municipal, roadway, or sewer project experience required.
• Experience with an engineering consulting firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple municipal projects and manage client relationships.
• Lead design teams and deliver capital infrastructure plans and specs.
• Develop proposals and fee estimates for opportunities with key clients.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget during the full PM cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
• Travel may be required.
