Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction project management principles.
• Knowledge of highways, bridges, or public works facilities.
• Ability to use CAD, Excel and scheduling software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver assigned projects from initiation to closeout on time and within budget.
• Coordinate design, permitting, real estate, public outreach, procurement and construction.
• Manage consulting firms and contractors to meet requirements and schedules.
• Prepare project descriptions and budget estimates; monitor expenditures and change orders.
• Provide monthly/quarterly updates on project status and close-out documentation.
