Job summary

Lochner in La Porte, IN seeks an experienced Project Manager for transportation projects development from pursuit through final delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality per Lochner’s procedures.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in transportation project development, deep knowledge of INDOT policies, and willingness to travel within Indiana to support business needs and client relations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transportation project development experience.
• Experience in LaPorte and/or Crawfordsville District highly preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience on highway and/or bridge design projects.
• Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require.
