Job summary

Lochner seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to manage complex infrastructure projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in design and delivery. You will oversee scope, budget, and client satisfaction, ensuring high-quality documents and reports across roadway, aviation and transportation projects.

The role requires a PE license or CCM, 10+ years of combined construction, design, engineering, and project management experience, and strong communication skills.
