Ideal candidates include a MO Professional Engineer license, 10+ years of highway design with project management responsibility, experience with MoDOT, and proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

Qualifications

• MO PE license is required or in good standing.
• At least ten years of highway or roadway design with project management responsibility.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
• Proven client communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer; MoDOT project exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery of highway/ transportation projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage project performance including budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure deliverables align with design standards and company guidelines.
• Support and participate in business development and client engagements.
