At HR Green, our Transportation Project Managers lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects that connect people and support growing communities. This role is based in St. Louis, MO and offers the opportunity to guide roadway and highway projects from concept through completion while building strong client relationships along the way.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality transportation projects while balancing scope, schedule, and budget, and contributing to the continued growth of our Transportation practice.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead transportation projects including interchange design, roundabouts, roadway realignment, pavement maintenance, and pedestrian and cyclist facilities, working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.

You’ll be involved in business development, project planning, design oversight, client communication, and construction coordination, gaining visibility across all phases of delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership while building your ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive successful outcomes. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of client relationships, project strategy, and team leadership.

What You Bring

• Professional Engineer license in MO
• At least ten years of experience in highway or roadway design with project management responsibility

• Familiarity with industry tools such as MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer
• Experience with MoDOT projects is preferred
