Job summary

Benesch in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Project Manager to join our Franklin or Nashville team. You will lead how we pursue and deliver transportation and infrastructure with methods like Design-Build, CM/GC, or P3, guiding clients and teams through complex projects.

You’ll build relationships with TDOT and other partners, shape strategies, and mentor staff to grow the practice for long-term growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive AEC experience with leadership in alternative delivery projects.
Proven track record leading complex transportation/infrastructure projects.
Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or P3.
Experience leading RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, and client interviews.
Established relationships with DOTs, public agencies, contractors, or infrastructure partners.
Strong client relationship and business development skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project environments.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects.
Build and strengthen relationships with TDOT and other partners to identify opportunities.
Lead RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, and teaming strategies, aligning technical solutions with client goals.
Manage budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
Partner with leadership to develop and grow Benesch’s alternative delivery capabilities and processes.
Mentor staff and build the team for long-term growth.
