Job summary

Benesch is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Transportation Project Manager to join our Franklin or Nashville team. You will lead cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of complex delivery projects and strengthen relationships with TDOT and partners to win new work.

Based in Tennessee with a hybrid schedule, you will guide RFQs/RFPs, align solutions with client goals, and help grow Benesch's capabilities in alternative delivery. PE licensure in TN or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive AEC experience with leadership in alternative delivery.
• Proven track record on complex transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC or P3.
• RFQs/RFPs, ATCs, teaming strategies and client interviews leadership.
• Strong procurement, contracts, budgets, schedules, risks and execution.
• Established relationships with DOTs, public agencies, contractors and consultants.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• PE Tennessee or ability to obtain licensure within 3 months; DBIA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with TDOT, public agencies, contractors, consultants, partners.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, ATCs, teaming strategies, interviews and pursuit efforts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables and contractual requirements.
• Develop and grow Benesch's alternative delivery capabilities and best practices.
• Identify opportunities, mentor others, and build the team for long-term growth.
