You will engage in design, analysis, and project coordination, building on a strong background in Civil Engineering and transportation planning while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure in a reasonable timeframe.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in roadway and highway design.
• Strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, traffic operations, and roadway safety analysis.
• Experience preparing traffic impact studies, safety assessments, and transportation planning reports.
• Familiarity with MUTCD, HCM, and applicable design standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead and assist in the design and development of roadway/highway projects, incl. alignment and intersection design.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates per standards.
• Perform geometric design, grading, drainage, pavement design, and traffic control planning.
• Prepare and review traffic analyses, traffic simulation models, safety studies, signal timing evaluations, and planning reports.
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; ensure contract compliance.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development through proposals.
