Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer with TN preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with MicroStation, Geopak/OpenRoads and TDOT procedures.
- Strong communication skills to engage with employee-owners.
Responsibilities
- Perform design calculations for TDOT, local government and regional projects.
- Prepare plans and develop schematic designs.
- Collaborate with team members, clients and consultants.
- Mentor team members and exercise independent judgment.
