The role oversees the Traffic group and drives departmental standards and business development. The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering, PE license, and 10+ years in traffic/transportation; PTOE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• PTOE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects including signal design and timing plans.
• Oversee daily operations of the Traffic group and manage engineers/technicians.
• Develop department standards and drive business development for transportation projects.
• Collaborate with Land Development Division on master-planned community traffic needs.

Education
