Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Transportation Engineer III to join our Boston team. In this role, you'll execute complex transportation engineering techniques, contributing to public and private sector projects across New England. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, where your ideas are valued.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with five or more years in transportation. Strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD are required. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional engineering experience with an emphasis on transportation engineering.
• EIT Registration required, or alternatively six or more years of successful transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration or ability to receive within six months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex technical transportation engineering techniques for projects.
• Work side by side with the project team on transportation projects.
• Prepare engineering plans and reports.
