Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $62.00/hr

Job Title: Program Manager

Job Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid / 3 days on site)

Duration: 6 months contract

Pay Rate: $55-$62/hour on W2 without benefits.

Summary:

The candidate will have exposure to the end-to-end supply chain and logistics process of client. The PM will lead a program that envisions to increase the safety of middle mile transportation network of client. The PM will be responsible for lead generation to increase the carriers signing up for the program. In addition, the person will also be responsible to track the key performance metrics of the program that would include safety alerts, performance KPIs and overall miles executed. This experience will help them gain a broader understanding of how middle mile operations are executed.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with transportation companies to explain program benefits, answer questions, and guide them through the onboarding process
• Completing carrier program onboarding tasks including documentation, system setup, and training coordination
• Analyzing program performance data to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues that impact carrier engagement and program success
• Providing regular data-driven updates and insights to leadership on program performance, carrier adoption, and key metrics
• Independently driving resolution of carrier issues and concerns while maintaining strong relationships
• Creating clear documentation and presentations to effectively communicate program details and insights

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager with demonstrated success managing complex programs
• Strong analytical skills with ability to dive deep into data and surface meaningful insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Track record of independently driving initiatives and resolving complex issues
• Experience in transportation/logistics industry preferred
