Qualifications:

1. Clinical background with working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports.
2. Ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff, individuals receiving services, and their families.
3. Experience connecting people to meaningful community activities.
4. Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field is required.
5. At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD) and two years’ supervisory experience.

Position Details:

This is a telecommuting position with some flexibility. Home office and internet access are required. Program Managers are provided with a computer, phone, company gas card, access to training, and continuing education reimbursement. A company car is provided for regional travel.
