Job summary

The Canadian Red Cross is seeking a Supervisor, CHW, Transportation Program, to oversee Niagara-area transportation service delivery. In-person role based in St. Catharines, ON, temporary full-time for 8 months.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate staff, handle escalations, ensure service quality, and report on program activity and budgetary expenditures. Qualifications include 3–5 years of experience, a 1–2 year diploma, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a related role.
• A 1–2 year post-secondary certification/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Experience leading others and coordinating workloads.
• Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations by assigning work and monitoring workflow.
• Review team performance and provide feedback to ensure standards.
• Facilitate communication and updates within the team and with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants and partners.
• Address escalations and tailor services to participant needs within policy.
