Job summary

CDM Smith is offering an internship with the Transportation Advisory Services team, providing opportunities to contribute to strategic communications for transportation clients. You will help create content across websites, videos, emails, social media, and presentations while supporting meeting management and client events.

The role requires active enrollment in a planning-related degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Planning or a related field.
• Master’s Degree Preferred
• Interest in transportation and public communications/writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation including websites, videos, emails, social media content, presentations and meeting management.
• Help craft collateral explaining technical content for clients, stakeholders, and lay audiences.
• Assist with client events and task forces while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and strong writing skills.
