Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State and local design criteria.

• Analyze and develop interchange alternative studies.
• Produce and oversee construction documents and specifications.
