Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience with Bachelor's, or 9 years with Master's.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Perform advanced data analysis for highway planning projects.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate technical content and mentor staff on projects.
• Support project delivery and client coordination.
