Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• Or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience with Master's degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, potentially as Project Technical Leader.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for Traffic and Revenue and highway planning projects.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures across projects.
• Coordinate technical content, guide the technical vision, and ensure appropriate skill sets on the team.
• Mentor junior staff with thorough editing of documents and QA of deliverables.
