Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline; 10 years of related experience with Bachelor's or 9 years with Master's.
• Master's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation, or related field.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved related certification considered in lieu of degree plus extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, potential Project Technical Leader for these studies.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for traffic and revenue studies and highway planning.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures across projects to ensure quality outputs.
• Coordinate and manage technical content, drive the technical vision, and ensure the right skill sets on projects.
• Mentor junior staff through draft editing and QA/QC of deliverables.
