Job summary

VOLKE Consulting Engineers USA is seeking a Transportation Management Specialist for the Greer, SC area. This role focuses on KPI achievement and acting as the main contact to resolve issues, leading projects for the provider, and establishing escalation processes for accountability.

The position emphasizes monthly/quarterly performance reviews, process standardization, and collaboration with partners to drive efficiencies across operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 4+ years related experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 5+ years managing logistics provider contracts and/or supply chain duties.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel (pivot tables/macros), Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate provider performance monthly and quarterly against KPIs.
• Document supplier non-conformances in a structured format.
• Establish escalation processes for recurrent issues with countermeasures.
• Recommend operational improvements and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with providers and process partners to standardize processes.
