You will act as the primary contact for provider issues, conduct reviews, manage escalations, and lead transportation improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or transportation service provider management.
• Experience with carriers, 3PLs, or logistics service partners.
• Experience with transportation scheduling and provider performance management.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with internal operations teams and external transportation providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation service provider performance against metrics, targets, and expectations.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly provider performance evaluations and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify non-conformances, gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage escalations, corrective actions, countermeasures, and follow-up with providers and internal teams.
• Analyze transportation and operational data to prepare reports, trends, and recommendations.
• Lead or support transportation provider projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
