Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) with 2 years of clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft programs and district software.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of routine clerical work.
• Proficient in written and oral communication, data entry, and school district software.

Responsibilities

• Submits data for bi-weekly and monthly payroll for over 1,000 employees.
• Manages time entry and employee database systems.
• Oversees payroll entry and time review across staff.
• Trains employees on payroll policies and updates staff handbook as needed.
• Generates and monitors payroll reports from CTMS and Munis.
