Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Alternate Fulfillment Transportation (AFT) team seeks a Transportation Analyst to drive optimization and execution across the AF Network. You will monitor operations, engage carriers and vendors, and solve issues to keep shipments on time and cost-effective.

With responsibilities spanning daily caps, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional coordination with Retail, Finance, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers, you will help scale AF operations to new US cities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).
Experience analyzing large data sets to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Execute daily operations with caps monitoring, carrier outreach, and problem solving for a growing network.
Support continuous improvement of daily operations and provide feedback as AF operations expand to more US cities.
Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain continual communication with external customers (vendors, carriers) and internal teams (Retail, Finance, Delivery Stations, Sort Centers).
Identify and eliminate root causes of route inefficiencies, capacity constraints, and cancellations.
Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs and ensure service requirements are met.
