Qualifications

4-6 years of related functional experience.
3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience with DOT-regulated positions.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office suite required.
Strong rapport-building with associates and customers at all levels.
Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead supervisors and associates to align with customer objectives.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain quality associates.
Maintain two-way communication to motivate and recognize excellence.
Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and supporting departments.
Meet or exceed customer KPIs and objectives.
Interact daily with local customer to understand needs.
Identify operational improvements in routing, carrier selection, backhauls, and loading.
Collaborate with Penske sites to share best practices.
