Qualifications

• 4+ years in freight brokerage, dispatching, or terminal operations.
• Experience supervising drivers, dock workers, dispatchers, and shift supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Network & route optimization to reduce fuel costs and transit times.
• Supervise cross-dock loading, freight sorting, and warehouse workflow.
• Lead drivers, dock workers, dispatchers, and shift supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA safety regulations.
• Manage operational expenses and monitor KPIs, including on-time delivery.
