You will oversee fleet performance, workforce management, customer experience, safety, and financial results while driving strategic initiatives for long-term growth.

As a member of the leadership team, you will develop and execute operational strategies, build high-performing teams, and align initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or fleet management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee all transportation and fleet operations for efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
• Lead regional and local leadership teams and recruit/retain talent.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics across the organization.
