Job summary

Technica LLC seeks a Transportation Supervisor (TMP) on a Government contract with a place of performance in El Paso, TX. The role oversees dispatch, administration, and on-call responses to support emergency transportation requirements under applicable regulations, ensuring mission readiness and compliance.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, review time sheets, screen applicants, and maintain performance records while coordinating with vendors and customers to meet priority

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of TMP regulations and policies.
• Ability to manage emergency transportation requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with automated supply systems.
• Strong written and verbal presentation abilities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TMP operations and dispatch for fleet.
• Evaluate vehicle requests and prioritize mission-essential needs.
• Provide bus and driver support for Ft Bliss AOR.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and GSA.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funding, and inventory controls.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and disciplinary counseling.
• Approve time sheets and screen applicants.
• Ensure policy and security compliance across operations.
