Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Valid CDL or ability and willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with schools, parents, drivers, and aides; answers telephone inquiries and communicate on two-way radio
• Ensure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork
• Assign drivers for daily routes and special trips; observe and adjust routes as needed
• Read and follow established School District contracts
• Keep records and submit reports; assist in billing and payroll tasks
• On-call for emergencies and weekends; coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams
