Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of warehouse/driver personnel.
• Ensure compliance with USDOT requirements and other regulations.
• Train warehouse/driver personnel to required standards.
• Maintain USDOT-required driver files.
• Update work and duty schedules for warehouse/driver personnel.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure problem-solving.
• Conduct regular evaluations of driver performance.
• Manage accident investigation and reporting.
• Monitor dispatch logs and vehicle operations.
• Maintain mileage records for taxes and leasing.
• Drive routes during peak times as needed.
• Conduct weekly meetings to inform staff of procedures.
