Job summary

H MART - MD Warehouse in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will optimize people and technology to ensure quality while guarding safety and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day workflows using ERP/WMS, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above with 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 10-hr certificate knowledge.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• 3 years of warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor workflows, accuracy and productivity using ERP/WMS.
• Minimize product damages and manage inventory controls.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors/carriers.
• Ensure safety policies are implemented and followed.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Provide training and cross-training for workers.
• Manage waste and job-related compliance.
